I had a wonderful stay at Riad & Spa Ksar Saad, enjoying the beautiful decor and comfortable room after long days of exploring. The staff were genuinely friendly and provided excellent service, especially during breakfast. However, the approach to the Riad was a bit off-putting due to noise and dirt, and dining choices could have been more organized.

My room was clean, traditionally decorated, and the bathtub was a welcome luxury after a day of exploring in the heat. I appreciated how quiet it was, allowing for restful nights.
Service
10.0
The staff were really nice and helpful. They arranged a private guided tour and even helped with our transportation to Zagora. Breakfast service was prompt, even when I needed it early in the morning.
Location
8.0
While the location has its charm and is great for walking to attractions, the walk to the Riad is not pleasant due to noise and unpleasant smells. However, once you get used to it, it’s an excellent base for exploring Marrakech.
Dining

I found the dining options a bit disorganized with limited choices. Breakfast, however, featured fresh fruits and delicious coffee, making for a great start to the day, even if it was basic.
Facilities

The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to relax, though I wished there was a gym or workout area available. The hammam was inviting, but I didn't get a chance to experience it fully.

I had an amazing time at Riad & Spa Ksar Saad in Marrakesh. The beautiful decor and rooftop terrace provided a peaceful escape after a bustling day in the city. The location, while chaotic at first glance, felt safe once I got familiar with the area. The service was really good, with staff going out of their way to make me comfortable. However, I did find the dining experience a bit disorganized at times.

The approach through the Kasbah was overwhelming with noise and dirt, but I soon felt safe. The location is convenient for exploring key sites like the Saadian Tombs and Jemaa El Fnaa.
Dining

While dinner on the rooftop with a stunning view was good, I found the dining experience occasionally disorganized with limited food options. Still, the flavors were absolutely delicious.

The rooftop terrace provided a lovely space to unwind, and the hammam and massages were wonderfully relaxing. It would have been nice to have a workout area, though.

My stay at Riad Ksar Saad was a mixed bag. The location is great for exploring Marrakech, but getting to the Riad can be a little daunting at first. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the noise from the nearby mosques was noticeable. However, the staff was very nice, making my experience much more enjoyable.

Rooms
8.0
My room was clean and had a comfortable bed, with a spacious bathroom. The lack of windows was a bit odd, but it wasn't a huge issue during my stay.
Service

The service was great. The staff, especially Jamal and Abdrahmane, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
Location

The location was perfect for exploring the old city, with attractions like the Saadian Tombs and Jemaa El Fnaa within walking distance. The surrounding area was initially off-putting, but I learned to navigate through it easily after a couple of days.
Dining

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was good, though I couldn't eat it all! The dining options were minimal, focusing more on sweet items, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
Facilities

I didn't use the spa services, but the rooftop terrace was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.

My stay at Riad & Spa Ksar Saad had its ups and downs. While the decor was charming and the breakfast was good, I faced some significant issues such as a hard bed and a problematic shower. Overall, it was a mixed experience that left me wanting more in terms of comfort and reliability.

Rooms
5.0
The room was basic and came without a proper duvet cover. Additionally, the shower flooded the room, and the bed was uncomfortably hard, making sleep difficult.
Service
8.0
The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay more pleasant despite the room issues. They were attentive and eager to assist, which I appreciated.
Location
7.0
The Riad is located just off the busy streets of the Kasbah, making it easy to access key attractions while offering some tranquility in the midst of chaos. However, the initial approach to the hotel was quite off-putting due to noise and litter.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was a highlight with delicious freshly-squeezed orange juice, fruit, and traditional Moroccan pastries. However, I noticed items ran out quickly, which was disappointing.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel has a charming rooftop terrace for breakfast and lounging, but the amenities matched a basic level of comfort rather than the four-star experience advertised.

My stay at Riad Ksar Saad was an adventure with mixed feelings. The initial approach through the bustling Kasbah was daunting, yet once inside, I could appreciate the comfort and cleanliness of my room. The staff, particularly Jamal and Abdrahmane, went out of their way to make me feel welcome. However, the noise from nearby mosques at dawn and the general state of the neighborhood were less than ideal.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, although the view was limited. I didn't encounter any hot water issues, which was a pleasant surprise.
Service
10.0
The service from Jamal and Abdrahmane was excellent. They were attentive and even provided breakfast early for my excursions.
Location
7.0
The location is convenient for visiting major attractions, but the approach through the messy streets can be off-putting.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast on the roof terrace was a highlight, though it was a massive spread that I struggled to finish. Dining options could be improved.
Facilities
7.0
The common areas including the terrace were well-kept, but the Wi-Fi was limited to the ground floor, requiring trips downstairs for a connection.
